Revenue Operations Analyst
đź‘‹ About Us
sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.
About the Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our revenue systems and data.
You will be the operational backbone for our commercial teams across France, the UK, and the US - keeping critical systems running, turning recurring problems into solved ones, and making sure Sales, AM, and CS never lose time to broken tools or bad data.
This is not a support role. It's a systems and data ownership role for someone who wants to go deep on how revenue operations work - and make them better.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build, own, and scale the systems and data that power sunday's commercial engine.
Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the Operational Reliability of Our Revenue Stack
Be the go-to person when something breaks - ensuring Salesforce, Aircall, Modjo, and integrations stay reliable for commercial teams across France, UK, and US
2. Turn Recurring Problems into Permanent Fixes
Spot patterns in support volume and transform them into scalable, lasting solutions
Own process documentation that teams actually use — clear, actionable, and kept up to date
Design and ship automations and workflow improvements that reduce manual work
Goal: measurably reduce ticket volume quarter over quarter
3. Become the Go-To Expert on Our Revenue Systems
Build a full mental map of our CRM, billing, and tooling ecosystem — and use it to anticipate issues before they happen
Own the onboarding of new internal users on critical tools
Investigate root causes and resolve complexity that others cannot
Continuously grow your technical depth across RevOps systems and tooling
4. Drive CRM Data Quality and Process Automation
Own bulk data operations, consistency audits, and data cleaning across systems
Leverage AI and internal tools to eliminate repetitive manual tasks for business teams
Build processes that give commercial teams more autonomy and reduce dependency on RevOps for routine work
5. Build Data Analytics Capabilities
Develop a strong understanding of how data is structured across our CRM, billing, and operations systems
Query and analyze datasets to surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
Support data quality initiatives and help commercial teams make better decisions through reliable, clean, and actionable data
Contribute to reporting and dashboards that give leadership full visibility into revenue performance
Resolve issues fast and permanently — not just ticket by ticket, but by eliminating root causes
Own user access, permissions, and system configurations end-to-end
Be the reason our commercial teams are never blocked by a tool or a broken process
About You
3–4 years of experience in RevOps, Business, Data or similar fields
Strong interest in systems, tools and how things work
Comfortable working with tools (CRM, SaaS platforms, spreadsheets…)
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of automation & willingness to always learn more (Zapier, workflows, etc.)
Curious & proactive: you like figuring things out on your own
Problem-solver: you enjoy debugging and understanding root causes
Hands-on: you’re comfortable handling operational tasks daily
Structured: you bring clarity and organization to messy situations
Motivated to grow: you want to develop strong technical and operational skills
