Global Revenue Systems Analyst
Join sunday as Global Revenue Systems Analyst: own Salesforce architecture and integrations, build scalable RevTech, shape growth with cross-functional partners.
👋 About Us
sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.
About the Role
sunday’s Revenue Operations department is undergoing a major transformation. We’re no longer just maintaining systems, we’re redesigning them from the ground up to support our Series C growth. In this context, we’re looking for a Senior Revenue Systems Analyst to serve as a key technical pillar of our commercial ecosystem.
You’ll join Margaux Grunenwald, our Head of Revenue Platforms, and play a central role in architecture, governance, and RevTech stack decisions during a pivotal stage of our growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, and GTM Engineering teams, and become the internal expert on Salesforce and our integrations.
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a builder role. You’ll own end-to-end implementations, establish standards, and make technical decisions that will still matter three years from now.
Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!
Key Responsibilities
Architecture, Design & Build
Design and deploy new Salesforce features, integrations, and workflows end-to-end.
Co-lead architecture decisions with the Head of Revenue Platforms.
Manage technical scoping, sprint planning, and release execution.
System Governance & Quality
Establish and enforce development standards, documentation rigor, environment hygiene, and release governance.
Identify and systematically pay down technical debt.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with the GTM Engineering team on shared infrastructure decisions.
Translate commercial team requirements into scalable architectures—not one-off solutions.
Operational Execution
Handle escalated incidents, large-scale data operations, and complex configuration changes.
Mentor and develop junior team members as the team grows.
Technical Expertise & Influence
Become the internal authority on Salesforce architecture and integration patterns.
Contribute actively to organization-wide tooling and RevTech stack decisions.
About You
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally with an Admin certification.
Proven experience designing and delivering non-trivial Salesforce implementations, not just maintaining existing configurations.
Strong expertise with Flows, validation rules, custom objects, sharing models, and managed packages.
Solid systems architecture mindset, with the ability to reason about scalability, dependencies, trade-offs, and technical debt.
Experience with integrations (REST APIs, iPaaS platforms, native connectors) and data modeling.
Understanding of CRM boundaries and adjacent systems such as billing, telephony, and conversational intelligence platforms.
Strong track record in documentation, release governance, and development standards.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, working effectively with business leaders, GTM Engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate business problems into scalable systems solutions, not tickets.
