Global Revenue Operations Manager
Join sunday as Global Revenue Operations Manager: streamline CRM, enable sales across US/UK/France, deploy AI workflows, and boost performance with crisp, scalable ops.
👋 About Us
sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.
About the Role
As Global Revenue Operations Manager at sunday, your mission is to power the operational backbone of our commercial engine, across the US, UK, and France.
You report to Lauren Mischke, Head of Revenue Operations, and sit at the intersection of systems performance, internal enablement, GTM tooling, and AI deployment. You'll be the connective tissue between our central RevOps team and local commercial teams on the ground, making sure Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success have the tools, processes, and knowledge they need to perform at their best.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional IC role, no direct reports, but significant influence across four critical functions: GTM Enablement, Systems, Commercial Ops, and Data. From owning the RevOps support flow to shipping AI-powered workflows, you drive outcomes that matter at a global scale.
Why this role stands out:
Own and continuously improve the operational backbone powering sunday's commercial teams across 3 markets
Lead the deployment of AI workflows for Sales, AM, and CS in close collaboration with our Product team
Work at the center of Revenue Operations and help shape how sunday scales its commercial performance globally
Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!
Key Responsibilities
• Own the internal RevOps support flow: you are the first line of operational support for commercial teams. You triage requests, resolve friction fast, and continuously raise the bar on response quality and resolution time.
• Build and maintain the commercial knowledge base: you structure, update, and improve internal documentation for commercial processes and central functions, ensuring teams across three markets have the right information, when they need it.
• Partner with local GTM Ops teams across the US, UK, and France: you're the connective tissue between central RevOps and local commercial operations. You drive CRM improvements, align stakeholders, and push tooling and workflow upgrades across markets.
• Own Salesforce operations: you manage CRM hygiene, workflows, and data quality, and ensure commercial teams use the system in a way that drives accountability and visibility.
• Identify and deploy AI use cases for commercial teams: in close collaboration with the Product team and sunday's internal AI platform (Dust), you build and ship practical AI and automation workflows that save time and boost performance for Sales, AM, and CS.
• Execute a 30-day audit and 90-day roadmap: in your first month, you map the full RevOps landscape across support flows, knowledge base, and tooling usage across markets, and come back with a clear, prioritized plan.
• Drive continuous GTM improvement: you identify recurring friction points, propose scalable solutions, and ship improvements that stick.
