About the Role
sunday is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager capable of driving the company's growth. If you are a customer oriented person with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the job is for you. You will have the opportunity to shape the success of our business by building strong relationships with our customers both in France and abroad. Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers and staff to turn them from customers to ambassadors
Live and breathe the restaurant experience with sunday
Create and deliver the account management playbook
Upsell future sunday products to our restaurant partners
Be the voice of our customers internally: Interact with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure we are building the best product for our restaurant partners
About You
You have 3+ years of experience in account management or consulting
You are extremely rigorous
You are fluent in French and English
Ideally, you are familiar with the restaurants industry
You have strong interpersonal skills and are capable of leading a full-cycle project
You are comfortable with change, able to adapt and always want to learn new skills
You are customer focused: You can turn prospects into customers and customers into ambassadors
You are hands-on: We have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality
You are a team player
